What sets the Sniper from the Sniper II apart is the lack of the full-length integrated sight rail (body of the Sniper is machined out of a solid block of Aluminum, and the Sniper II is machined out of extruded aluminum.), and how the bolt and back block are held together by a single screw in the back of the block.
