The LS 2000 was never released. After CMI advertised it, Eric Scott quickly gave CMI a "Cease and Desist", and it never went to market. Though rumors have it that a few were floating around. Both a "high end" and Low end" version.
LS stands for Lightning Strike. There were two proposed versions: The LS 2000 PT, and the LS 2000 FM
The Lightning Strike utilized a blow forward design
Comes with choice of two of these: 8", 12", 14" Tru-Flight Rifled Barrel and includes Auto-Cocker compatible Power Feed, Aluminum 45 Grip, Adjustable Trigger Pull, Pneumatic Trigger, Built-In Regulator, Blow-Forward Mechanism Air Chamber for High-Volume Low Pressure or High-Pressure Low Volume, and 2 Field-Strip Screws for Easy Cleaning.
